Attorney Profile of Michael C. Hildebrandt
Michael C. Hildebrandt II founded Hildebrand Law Firm,
LLC in order to help both businesses and individuals deal with a variety
of legal issues and because he wanted to help others to be confident
that they are getting the most out of the deal that they are entering
before they sign it. He saw the need for helping both individuals and
small businesses with simple or complex legal issues or negotiations at
an affordable price. Mr. Hildebrandt graduated from Stetson University
College of Law in May of 2002 with his JD and MBA and became a member of
The Florida Bar later that same year. He is an active member of the
Florida Bar and will treat every client with respect and integrity.
Mr. Hildebrandt has previously worked as an Assistant
State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit, an in-house attorney for a
large corporation and as the head of a small business. Negotiations have
been a part of his education and career for many years and he has
negotiated contracts ranging from the everyday basics to multi-million
dollar deals. Mr. Hildebrandt has been on both sides of the negotiating
table by representing large corporations and also representing
individuals and understands the needs of both parties in a negotiation
setting. While working in these jobs, Mr. Hildebrandt has had to
aggressively pursue the interests of the State of Florida in litigation
and the rights of companies during the negotiating or writing of any
deal and he has shown his ability to soundly represent parties in high
level transactions. He has a wealth of contract, negotiating,
transactional, and trial experience. Those experiences allow Mr.
Hildebrandt to provide a unique perspective to his client’s situations.
His experience has also showed him that not everyone negotiates on the
same level and that there is a need to help those who cannot effectively
negotiate for themselves.
Michael C. Hildebrandt’s goal for Hildebrandt Law Firm,
LLC is to make sure that every person or business has an attorney or
negotiator by their side to ethically and aggressively represent their
needs throughout the entire legal or negotiation process.
